The platform will facilitate purchases for producers and sales for suppliers, while adapting to the needs of all farming generations. It’s the only agriculture-specific website in Quebec where users can find equipment, services, and even real estate in one convenient place. By providing a space to browse many classified ads for machinery, suppliers, manufacturers and more, it will make easy work of transactions in the ag space. And this is just the start—new features will be rolled out in the next few months, making for an even more essential tool.

This digital shift is a key milestone in AgriExtra’s history. The company has been a household name for buying and selling agricultural equipment and services for over 20 years, in addition to serving as a transaction facilitator. AgriExtra managed to adapt to new market realities over time, constantly striving to help farmers and businesses achieve their ambitions. Its magazine, which was first released in 2003, has always stood out for the unique way it showcases local farm success stories. A new chapter began in 2021 when the Tremblay family took the reins of the business, breathing new life into AgriExtra and positioning it as a true partner for agriculture players. Today, the company begins a new stage of its digital journey by offering more practical tools that build on its promise to the farming community.

The new website could not have been developed as quickly without support from a.lagence, a fast-growing subsidiary formed in January 2025. Tapping into decades of combined expertise in marketing strategy, branding, web development, and photo and video production, a.lagence efficiently drove this project to completion. One thing is for sure: choosing the right partner makes all the difference in a major endeavour!

“Thanks to its expertise and multidisciplinary approach, the newly created subsidiary helped us accelerate and ultimately achieve our long-term project. We are more than thrilled to finally share this great news with the entire farming community,” said the AgriExtra team.

Stay tuned, as the official launch is coming soon!
